Mykonos has a reputation for being a party town that has lost it’s true self.  To prove this wrong,  many talented Mykonians have come together to show that there is still a deep love of tradition here and a wish to  promote their Greek cultural heritage and customs.

Sunday May 6 was an excellent dance and music concert at the Gripario Cultural Center of Mykonos.  Wonderful dancers both young and old joined with excellent musicians to entertain us.

I look forward to the 3rd Mykonos Folklore Festival coming up on May 20 and 21, 2018. This will be “A Journey  Of Music And Dance, From Macedonia To Southern Italy”.  It is sure to be a fun and festive time for all!
